New Frozen Smart Watch with Garmin

I had the honor of being the first to help reveal the new Frozen smart watch with Garmin called the VIVO FIT JR at the Frozen Fan Fest just the other day. Brands and bloggers from all over the world came together to announce the best new products just in time for your holiday shopping!;) With Frozen 2 coming out on November 22nd, the launch of the newest VIVO FIT JR. Frozen design could not have come at a better time.

For those of you not familiar with the Garmin VIVO FIT JR. it is a smart watch for kids. Up until recently I didn’t even know Garmin made anything other than navigation devices, which I have used in my car for years! My Garmin literally saved me when I first had to start learning the roads in Southern California! I was pleasantly surprised when they told me about this watch and everything it could do!

Rosie was thrilled when she saw the newest Frozen designs and loves how comfy it is to wear all day and night long. I love so many things about the watch, I thought I would share some of those reasons below…

*It has a one year battery life!! So many smart watches only have about a 24-48 hr. battery life, then it needs charged again. I was so excited to hear how long this battery life lasted! Less work for Mom and Dad equals a happier Mom and Dad!;) HAHA!

*It is swim/shower friendly, meaning kids don’t have to take it off in the water. We already tried it out and it worked great!

*60 minutes of activity a day unlocks part of the Frozen 2 story called “Into the Unknown.” You just simple sink the watch with a smart phone or iPad and you can track all activity and then see the story.

*It is totally parent controlled! I am very weary of letting our kids have any kind of technology, so I am always relieved when I know I can have strict control over their access.

*Parents can schedule chores/daily hygiene tasks to be accomplished at certain times and an alert will notify the child. I love the idea that I can set a timer for them to do simple things like wake up, brush teeth, get dressed, etc…

*Track Sleep. It is able to track how well your child is sleeping and how many hours of sleep they actually got.

*Try different challenges. Once you download the VIVO FIT JR. app and create an account you can try out different graphics that teach yoga, stretches and other challenge activities.

*This particular Frozen VIVO FIT JR. has interchangeable bands costing $89.99 for both bands (or $69.99 for just one band). I think this would be the perfect stocking stuffer for Christmas.

*The watch motivates little ones to get active, which actually motivates the entire family too!
