A Stay at Four Seasons Orlando
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” -St. Augustine
(We were given a media rate for our stay, but all opinions and photos are mine)
We recently had the pleasure of working with the Four Seasons Orlando on our trip to Disney World. It was our first time staying at any Four Seasons, ever, so we felt totally spoiled. The service was impeccable, the cleanliness was above and beyond and of course the entire resort was hands down gorgeous! I had lots of questions about our stay over on my Instagram page, so I hope to answer all your questions.

The Beauty of the Four Seasons Orlando hits you the moment you drive up. From the perfectly manicured lawns to the breathtaking chandelier in the lobby, we felt like we were stepping into a movie.
Of course glass slippers seemed like the only appropriate shoes to wear inside the hotel.
There was so much space to roam around and play as a family. There were pool tables, foosball tables, tennis tables and more…
There was even a playground adjacent to the kids club area.
Rooms:
We had a room with one King size bed and one pull out couch that slept both our 2 kiddos. It was the perfect size for a family of four. For larger families they do have options for larger rooms or adjoining rooms.
Of course the coffee bar was my husband’s favorite area of the room.;) He was able to make fresh coffee every morning before leaving for the park (and after we got back too)!
Pools/Water Park:
The Four Seasons Orlando has a 5-acre water park including this huge splash pad area with shallow water and fountains. It is the perfect place for young families looking for fun!
The lazy river that was definitely a hit and made you feel like you were floating down a jungle river.
The family pool area is gorgeous, with an infinity pool, volleyball net, small slide and hot tub.
Waterslides!!! Our kids loved the waterslides. There are two large ones; one completely enclosed, the other open. They probably went down these slides just a few hundred times!;)
They also have an adult only pool area with an infinity pool, spa and plenty of space to unwind.
In another family friendly area there are huge swinging chairs that we loved along with another volleyball net and grass area.
Kids Club:
The only Disney World resort to have a kids club where you can actually drop off your kids and head to the adult only pool or spa. Open from 10am-12pm and from 1pm-5pm for kids ages 4-12. There are crafts, activities, games, pool time and much more. It is included in your stay and our kids wished they had more time to spend there!
The Hideout is a drop off location for kids ages 12 and older, or a place for the entire family. They are open from 11am-6pm and have tons of games, movies and activities to do as well.
Character Breakfast:
Downstairs in Ravello on Saturday mornings there is a very special character breakfast. Not only are you treated to some amazing food, but Mickey, Minnie and Goofy all stroll by your table from a safe distance. You can take pictures of them, wave and blow kisses as you are eating breakfast.
Restaurants:
There are plenty of places to eat while staying at the Four Seasons Orlando. Ravello that held the character breakfast also serves the most delicious pizza and pasta, which we devoured so fast one evening I didn’t even take a photo!;) haha! Another option for food is PB&G located near the pool. We ate on the patio area, but you can also order it poolside.
A third restaurant that we didn’t have a chance to experience is the rooftop bar called Capa. It has tapas, steak and seafood, and also some great options for younger kids too. If we get to go back this is definitely on my list of places to eat! Especially since it has a beautiful view of the fireworks.
Shops:
There are two shops inside The Four Seasons Orlando, my favorite was Fable. It had the cutest Disney items, including products from Stoney Clover. I might have walked away with a few Disney patches of my own.
Spa:
I had the honor of being hosted at the spa and my oh my what a treat! There was so much space to enjoy the outside jacuzzi, lounge chairs, steamy showers or just read by the fire. My massage was so relaxing and the perfect way to relax after a few busy days at Disney World.
Here are a few more questions I received on social media that I wanted to make sure I answered:
Is the Four Seasons a Disney partner hotel? YES, Four Seasons Orlando is a Disney Partner hotel which means you still get all the benefits of a Disney hotel. You can get the the extra magic hour (when applicable), book reservations for restaurants further in advance and it has a Disney Planning center on site to help you with any of your park questions.
Is Transportation included to all the Disney Parks? What is it like? Transportation to all four theme parks are included in your stay. There is a motor coach just outside the ballroom that you can catch about every hour to each park. Then when you leave the park there is a motor coach that departs about every hour, last one departing usually an hour after park close. Make sure to download the schedule located in the lobby before leaving for the day.
The only transportation that they do not include is airport transportation and they do not have anything currently going to Disney Springs (which is like Downtown Disney for any California people).
Are the rooms with a view worth the upgrade? Normally I would say YES, because you would be able to see fireworks from Epcot if you had a view. But, because Disney World is not doing any fireworks right now due to COVID then I might say you could skip it this time.
Was a regular room enough space for the 4 of us? We had plenty of space in our room! We have slept in some pretty tight spaces before, but this was not one of them. There was the king size bed, the kids pull out bed, a small table and chairs, a coffee bar area, large closet and a huge bathroom.
