Our Favorite California Spot

A friend of mine rounded up some of the most fabulous California bloggers to ask us “where is our favorite California spot?”
To most of you this will probably come as no surprise (I almost did something else, just to throw you for a loop), but I had to be true to my heart. Our favorite California spot is, of course, Disneyland, The Happiest Place on Earth.
Disneyland has always been such a magical place for me and my husband. Neither one of us have lots of memories going as a child, in fact I think I went a total of 2 times before I became an employee. Instead, our memories begin with working for the Mouse; a combined of about 20 years of service. We met some of our best friends there and ultimately met each other because of those mutual friends (you can read our story here).

In the past 4.5 years since starting our family we have taken the kids to Disneyland countless times and each time has created memories that we will forever cherish. Here are some of my favorite moments…

The Halloween season is one of our favorite times of year to go to Disneyland! If you have never gone during this time, you should definitely go!

“…and they lived happily ever after.” I think you can see why Disneyland has become our favorite California spot. It truly is such a unique and extraordinary place where dreams really can come true.

We honeymooned at Disneyland!! LOVE IT!! What Princess were you? I always thought I would enjoy working at Disneyland but the heat would worry me lol. Im still trying to make it down there so our second daughter can experience the magic but at the rate Im going, our third baby will be here before that happens haha.
What a great honeymoon! I would say to try to make it before summer if you can, then the park gets really busy!
Disneyland was such an easy get away trip for us living in Vegas. It’s big enough for the kids get tired but not so huge that we weren’t able to see everything in a weekend. I miss California!!!
