Princesses Take On Tea

“Life is like a cup of tea; to be filled to the brim and enjoyed with friends.” -unknown

Last October, my friend Kim, from The Parentologist, and I co-hosted our first event at Disney. It was such a blast having the opportunity to connect with other Disney loving moms who are also social media influencers. We knew right away that we wanted to do it again. But this time we decided that we wanted to make it a moms day out, with no kids, so we could really have a chance to talk and connect.

The ball started rolling when we found out that Steakhouse 55 at the Disneyland Hotel does a special tea on the weekends. So we booked the private dining room and went to work.

The day was absolutely spectacular; from the tea to the treats and especially the conversations held by some of the best moms around. Thank you to my partner in crime, Kim, I am so happy to have found a friend that loves planning Disney parties as much as I do!;) And now a huge thank you to our sponsor and all the companies that donated time, effort and product to our special day!

First, I want to thank Indi for sponsoring our luncheon. Indi is a video social network where everyone – artists, brands, retailers, nonprofits, celebrities and individuals (like us moms)- can connect with fans and supporters to interact directly with your brand utilizing exclusive Video Challenges. Indi gives everyone a chance to be seen, heard and discovered, not just the rich, powerful and connected!

Next, I want to thank the photographer Cassidy Baine who so graciously donated her time and talents to us for the day and we are so blessed that she was able to catch the day on her lens. Thank you Cassie!! She does beautiful work and if you live in the SoCal area I definitely suggest to go check out her website.

The beautiful bags were provided by Jujube. Their diaper bags, back packs and purses rival the best. They truly are a mom’s best friend. All of the compartments, the fact that they are machine washable with built in diaper changing pouches make these super convenient for the mom on the go. And I don’t even think I need to mention it, but how adorable is this new grey and white polka dot print?!?;)

The gorgeous bracelets were gifted to us from Alex and Ani. Each influencer took away a princess with an inscription to inspire and motivate. The only problem is now I want to collect all of the princesses.

Erin Condren was a wonderful surprise to our influencers. I wrote about Erin Condren recently and how the company is getting me on track for staying organized in the new year. Well, now all our mama’s have the chance to use the beautiful projects with the journal, coloring book, wellness log, colored pencils and more.

One Hope Wines I have talked about every Christmas since I started blogging. With every bottle of wine they donate to a different charity, it’s a double win for everyone. So I knew I wanted them to be a part of our event! I mean if we are going to drink wine (or champagne) why not do it for a cause?!?;)

Hide Play Seek is another company that I have been obsessed with from the beginning. She helps families that are trying to adopt and don’t have the financial means to do so. Plus, her glasses are absolutely adorable! Go check out their story and all that they do to give back to others.

Geena from Mom Life Must Haves is a friend of mine I met as a newbie blogger. You can usually find me wearing her Mom Life shirts or hats, but this time I asked her if she would send us her adorable tumblers to fill with our new wine. I just love the saying “surviving motherhood one sip at a time.” Use code “Princess Mom” for a discount to her shop.

Tubby Todd is another mom owned business that is providing natural ingredient products to our families. We got to try out the Hustle and Bustle Honeysuckle lotion and it smells amazing!! We have used their bubble bath soap and their body soap/shampoo and we love those as well.

If you have been around for a bit you know I LOVE my friend Kristina from Mouse Vibes. She handmade every single one of these ears and they are absolutely perfect. Her shop is super cute and she is a hard working mama, so go show her some love and use the code “Princess Mom” for a discount.

Faith Trust and Sawdust is a small shop that contacted me and I immediately fell in love with their products! Hand-made wooden signs for your home to use as decor or even take it to one of the Disney parks for the characters to sign their autographs.

Can you say, YUMMY? Hello Sweetie Pies so generously baked all of these delicious pie pops for each of our mama’s. Although I’m not sure if any of them got to try them because if you took it home and your kids saw, it was game over!;) My kids dove right in to the strawberry flavored pie pop and I tried to sneak the apple pie flavor but my daughter caught me and had her way with it. LOL!

Savvy Travelers filled our bags with tons of goodies from their shop. They are a newer company, but I am loving how convenient they are making cleaning up. They sell individually packaged wipes that take care of all kinds of different jobs. Need a quick nail polish remover, they’ve got you covered. Need to wipe off a surface at the park, no problem. Need some hand wipes, they have it. Face wipes, yup. Even deodorant wipes! Great for the mom that doesn’t need to carry the Costco size wipe container anymore too!;)

SoCal Candle Company is a local company specializing in soy candles made with fine fragrances and essential oils. I got the grapefruit scent and it smells heavenly. I’ve definitely already been burning it in the house non-stop.

The gorgeous flower arrangements were compliments of 1-800 Flowers. Not only did they make the perfect touch to the event, but they are still looking fresh in my house a week later! Make sure to get those Valentine’s Day orders in early!;)

And both our dresses were provided by Shop Pink Blush, one of my favorite mom approved fashion sites. I am never disappointed with any of the clothes I get from Pink Blush! My dress was super comfy, had beautiful details and had pockets, a total score!;)
