Watching Rosalie walk the red carpet & then take the stage with the children’s choir was such a proud mom moment.🥰

I’ve always found it interesting when people say the Bible is “boring.” The truth is, Genesis chapters 37, 39-46 alone is filled with jealousy, resentment, hatred, betrayal, family conflict, temptation, seduction, false accusations, forgiveness, redemption, and God’s faithfulness through it all. When those stories are brought to life on stage, they can actually feel pretty shocking.

While some of the creative choices were a little different than I expected, I’m reminded that the Bible doesn’t shy away from the brokenness of humanity. It tells real stories about real people, and even more importantly, about a very real God who redeems.

My prayer is that this production sparks curiosity. That someone leaves the theater wondering, Did that really happen???🫣😳🤯 …and opens their Bible to read the story for themselves. Because no musical could ever capture every detail, but God’s Word tells the greatest story of redemption ever written.

So incredibly proud of you, Rosie. ✨ What a joy to watch you shine.
