The Perfect Traveling Stroller
“In life it’s not where you go, it’s who you travel with.”
My favorite stroller company is at it again. We switched to using Joovy about a year ago and I don’t think I can use any other brand now. When we were headed to Florida for a second time we knew it was time for an upgrade. Our current Joovy didn’t allow both kids to have a full seat, so we started looking at some of their options. That’s when we stumbled upon the Caboose S, not your typical double stroller.
*This stroller was gifted to us, but all of my opinions are my own and trust me when I say I’ve owned other strollers and none of them compare.*
We have been taking this stroller everywhere with us; all the way to Florida for a Disney Cruise, to San Francisco through Muir Woods and even around Disneyland. Here are some of my favorite things about it…
*Adjustable Back Seat. The Caboose S has a permanent front seat, but the back can either be just a bench for the big kid who likes sit or stand, OR you can add on a seat so both can have a place to recline and relax. This was exactly what we were looking for since longer trips tend to tire out our little ones where they need a place to crash, but shorter trips allow them more freedom.
Above you can see both full seats and below you can see the bench seat.
*Sun Shade & Storage. There is a huge sun shade which actually has UPF 50 and enough shade to cover both kids. The storage underneath can pretty much carry everything, without dragging on the ground. The stroller can hold up to 110 pds of weight, which I have definitely tested and it can even handle a bit more (I may have sat in the front seat and found it pretty comfortable).
See the perfect #travel #stroller from @joovy it can collapse and stand with one hand! Click To Tweet*It stands on it’s own. Probably my favorite feature of all is that when you have both seats on the stroller you don’t have to detach them to collapse it! Can I get a hallelujah?!? AND when you collapse it there is a stand so it doesn’t have to lay on the ground and get dirty, it can stand up on its own!! I mean, does it get better than that? I don’t think so!;)
*Compact and light weight. I love that it is light weight so I can lift it into the car with no problem and it doesn’t take up my entire trunk. You can even collapse it with just one hand, which is perfect for the parent who has their hands full. It’s also light enough to take on trails that don’t suggest strollers!;) hehe
*Added Bonus. If you have a baby and a big kid, don’t worry, your car seat can fit on the back with an adapter, no problem! There is also a snack tray that is easy to flip up or down.
What do you look for in a double stroller?
Wow! Great stroller !!
