Turning Any Outfit into a Disney Look

“Style is a way to say who you are without having to speak”

This post is sponsored by Shop Pink Blush, but all photos and opinions are mine!

It’s no shocker that I LOVE fashion. I don’t do a ton of content about it, but ever since I was a little girl I loved to dress up and look like the movie stars. I loved watching the red carpet and hearing everyone talk about who they were wearing. My day to day life may not be quite as glamorous as red carpet Oscar events, but I still love coming up with creative ways to stay stylish as a busy mom.

I have been working with Shop Pink Blush for years now, I have worn their dresses to so many different events, date nights and vacations (you can see some looks I wore on vacation HERE). They have great styles for maternity clothes as well as non-maternity. This time I wanted to try out some of their more “everyday” looks to create a few different outfits for either an average day, or a Disney day. Their clothing is PERFECT for a day at the parks since it is so comfortable and cute!! Turning any outfit into a Disney look is pretty simple and I have some easy ways below. For your reference, I received 2 pairs of shorts, 2 shirts, one dress and one set of pajamas and was able to create 10 different looks. Easy Ways to turn any outfit into a Disney Look:

  • Add ears, hat or headband
  • Wear a piece of Disney jewelry
  • Bring a Disney purse or bag of some kind
  • Add a Disney themed belt
  • Even just polka dot nails can do the trick

I started out the day in the softest pair of pajamas that I never wanted to take off, they are seriously THE BEST!!! I tell you no lies, I want to wear these everyday! After a day in the parks you will definitely want to wear these!! SHOP HERE!

As you can see I kept on the pajama shirt (because I seriously did not want to take it off) and paired it with a pair of black linen shorts with a cute tie at the waist. I threw on some flip flops and a long necklace and suddenly my pajamas are now an outfit. These shorts come in olive green and mauve as well. SHOP HERE!

To make it a Disney look, I just grabbed a pair of black and white ears to finish it up. Super easy, cool and comfy to wear to the parks. I would probably throw on some white tennis shoes for the parks.

Next, I switched out of my pajama top for a red and white stripped shirt. I think it’s perfect for summer and the Fourth of July (comes in green, navy blue, light blue and black). So I styled it with some patriotic glasses and some red earrings. This shirt has some length to it, so you could also wear it with jeans and tie it in a knot on the side. SHOP HERE.

For my Disney look I threw on some patriotic ears or you can go classic with a Mickey hat.

Lastly, I kept the shorts and put on a classic white tee. I LOVE a good white tee and this one is awesome! It’s not see-through and doesn’t feel cheap. I paired it with a nicer necklace and you could put on some wedges for a date night. SHOP HERE.

Then to make it Disney I put on a polka dot headband and grabbed a cute Disney strap for my bag. I love the pop of red with the black and white. I would probably throw on some red converse with this outfit.

I kept the white tee on and tried it with the army shorts. Perfect for around the house or running errands. I would definitely say to size up on these, I’m usually a small, but would size up to a medium. Regardless, they are very soft and cozy. SHOP HERE.

To make it Disney I switched out my mom life hat for a sporty Mickey hat and grabbed a black backpack for the parks. You could also do a fanny pack instead of a backpack. I would definitely wear some white (or black) tennis shoes with this!

Lastly, I picked out this red and white checkered dress, which just screamed summer time to me. It is super light weight and figure flattering. I put my red earrings back on and some white flip flops. SHOP HERE!

To make it Disney I just threw on my favorite pair of Mouseketeer ears and put the shoulders up, you could wear the dress either way.
